I. Eligibility (who are qualified and disqualified to join):

a. Participants must be residing in the Philippines.

b. Only participants who have bought Burlington items from official online stores of Burlington can join the e-raffle

c. Receipts from resellers will not be honored.

d. Employees of Burlington Industries Philippines Inc., including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

Promo duration is from December 1 to 12, 2023

IV. Mechanics

Raffle Entry

1. For every purchase of Burlington products at any official online stores worth Php500, customers may join the e-raffle via https://burlingtonphils.com/pages/raffle-entry.

2. Customers must fill in the details in the promo registration form and upload the official receipt or invoice.

3. Only a single receipt or invoice worth Php500 and up will be honored. One receipt or invoice is equivalent to one raffle ticket.

4. The details that the customers will provide must be accurate. Any discrepancies of details are subject to disqualification.

5. Promo period is from December 1 to 12, 2023

6. Exciting raffle prizes are as follows:

- 1 winner of Php 10,000

- 5 winners of Burlington Bundle:
1x Any burlington shoes of your choice (Size/Design)
1x Biofresh Foot Spray (Assorted scent)
1x Biofresh Shoe Wipes
1x Dri Plus Baseball Cap (Assorted design)
2x Knit Printed Socks

- 10 winners of Php 500 website voucher

* Raffle Draw will be held at 7375 Bakawan St., San Antonio Village, Makati City on December 18, 2023 10 AM and will be streamed online via official FB page of Burlington PH.

7. Deadlines for receiving the entries will be on December 12, 2023, at 11:59pm.

8. Winners will be notified through registered email from the raffle registration.

9. Winners names will be published in the Official Facebook of Burlington Socks PH.

10. A person can only win once in the raffle draw.

11. Winners must present 2 valid IDs (e.g. driver’s license, passport, SSS ID) and confirmation email of the raffle entry to claim the prizes.

12. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.

13. Item Prizes will be delivered to the winners registered address. Shipping fee will be shouldered by Burlington.

14. Website Cash Voucher Prizes shall be emailed to the winners.

15. Burlington reserves the right to modify the program.
