Promo Mechanics:

I. Promo Period
1. Promo duration is from October 15, 2025 to January 12, 2025.

II. Area Coverage
1. Promotion coverage is nationwide.

5. Shopee (Burlington and Dri Plus)

IV. Elgibility (who are qualified and disqualified to join)
1. Participants must be Filipino citizens, at least 18 years of age, and residing in the Philippines.

2. Only participants who have bought items from DRI+ Shop and Lounge, SM Department Stores, Robinsons Department Stores, and official online stores of Burlington and DRI+ can join the e-raffle (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, Tiktok, and Website – www.burlingtonphils.com)

3. Receipt from resellers will not be honored

4. Burlington Industries Philippines, Inc. employees, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promotion.

V. Mechanics
1. For every purchase of any DRI+ items at DRI+ Shop and Lounge, SM Department Stores, Robinsons Department Stores, and official online stores worth Php500, customers may join the e-raffle by scanning the QR code provided or by going directly to this website: https://forms.gle/TH2mBes1fogmeoH79

2. The customer must fill in the details in the promo registration form and upload their official receipt or invoice.

3. Every Php500 purchase in a single receipt is equivalent to one (1) raffle entry. Multiple entries are allowed if the total amount in one receipt is worth more than Php500 (e.g., Php1,000 = 2 entries). Combined receipts will not be accepted.

4. The details that the customer will provide must be accurate. Any discrepancies are subject to disqualification.

5. There will be three (3) draws:

5.a. First Draw

5.a.1. The first draw will be on November 14, 2025 at 3pm.

5.a.2. The deadline for submission of entries will be on November 11, 2025 at 11:59 pm.

5.a.3. The raffle prizes are as follows:

- 1 Yamaha Aerox motorcycle

- 3 Riding Kits (Cotton shirt, Balaclava, Arm sleeves, DRI+ shoes, Gear sanitizer and deodorizer)

- 10 Burlington Website Voucher worth P500 each

5.b. Second Draw

5.b.1. The second draw will be on December 12, 2025 at 3pm.

5.b.2. The deadline for submission of entries will be on December 9, 2025 at 11:59 pm.

5.b.3. Raffle prizes are as follows:

- 1 Honda PCX Roadsync motorcycle

- 3 Riding Kits (Long sleeves, Socks, Balaclava, DRI+ shoes, Gear sanitizer and deodorizer)

- 10 Burlington Website Voucher worth P500 each

5.b. Third Draw

5.c.1. The last draw will be on January 15, 2025 at 3pm.

5.c.2. The deadline of submission of entries will be on January 12, 2025 at 11:59 pm.

5.c.3. Raffle prizes are as follows:

- 1 Vespa scooter

- 3 Riding Kits (Armored Long sleeves, Cotton Shirt, Balaclava, DRI+ shoes, Gear sanitizer and deodorizer)

- 10 Burlington Website Voucher worth P500 each

6. The raffle draw will be held at DRI+ Shop and Lounge located at The Grid Co-Living Bakawan, Lumbayao Center, Makati City 1203. It will be streamed online via the official Facebook page of DRI+ PH.

7. The wheel of names will be used to determine the winners of the raffle draws.

8. Entries not selected in the first draw will still be eligible for the second and third draws.

9. The promotion will run continuously, with a cut-off of entries for each raffle draw. Entries submitted after the cut-off will be included in the next scheduled draw.

10. All winners will be notified via registered mail and through the email address that they submitted from the registration process. Our marketing team will inform the winner using this email address, marketing@burlingtonphils.com.

11. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.

12. A person may only win once throughout the entire raffle promotion. If the winner is drawn twice in each draw, he/she will get the higher value.

13. Winners’ names will be published on the official Facebook page of DRI+ PH.

14. Prizes are tax-free (20% tax exceeding Php 10,000.00 shall be shouldered by Burlington Industries Philippines, Inc.) but winner shall shoulder other incidental expenses (e.g. registration, insurance, etc.)

15. Winners of the motorcycles and riding kits can claim their prize at DRI+ Shop and Lounge at The Grid Co-Living Bakawan, Lumbayao Corner, Makati City, 1203.

16. Winners of Burlington Website vouchers will be sent through the email address that they submitted from the registration process.

17. Raffle winners must present the following to claim their prizes:

- Registered mail

- 2 valid IDs (e.g. Driver’s License, Passport, SSS ID, etc.)

- Original copy of Actual Receipt or clear screenshot of the official order confirmation with order number, item details, and date of purchase if items were ordered online.

18. If a representative will claim the prize, the representative must present the following to claim the prize:

- Registered mail

- Signed Authorization letter of the Winner

- Photocopy of valid ID of the winner

- 2 valid IDs of the representative

- Original copy of actual receipt or screenshot of order # if items were ordered online.

19. Redemption period of prizes shall be within 60 days from the receipt of notification. Prizes that are not claimed within this period shall be forfeited with prior approval from DTI.

20. Burlington reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate this program with the approval of DTI.

21. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other existing Burlington promotions.
