Promo Mechanics:

I. Eligibility (who are qualified and disqualified to join)
a. Participants must be residing in the Philippines.

b. Only participants who have bought Dri Plus items from official online stores of Burlington can join the e-raffle (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, www.driplus.ph).

c. Receipts from resellers will not be honored.

d. Employees of Burlington Industries Philippines Inc., including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

II. Promo Coverage
Promotion coverage is nationwide.

III. Promo Duration
Promo duration is from Nov 11, 2022 to Jan 15, 2023

IV. Mechanics
. Raffle Entry

1. For every purchase of Dri Plus at any official online stores worth Php500, customers may join the e-raffle via www.burlingtonphils.com/pages/raffle-entry.

2. Customers must fill in the details in the promo registration form and upload the official receipt or invoice.

3. Only a single receipt or invoice worth Php500 and up will be honored. One receipt or invoice is equivalent to one raffle ticket.

4. The details that the customers will provide must be accurate. Any discrepancies of details are subject to disqualification.

5. Promo period is from Nov 11, 2022 to Jan 15, 2023

6. Exciting raffle prizes are as follows:

      - 1 winner of Honda ADV160 2022
      - 3 winners of Dri+ Custom Jersey Long Sleeves
      - 5 winners of Dri+ Custom Balaclava
      - 1 Motorcycle Helmet
      - 20 winners of Php300 website voucher code
     

* Raffle Draw will be held at 7375 Bakawan St., San Antonio Village, Makati City on January 20, 2023 - 10 in morning and will be streamed online via official FB page of Dri Plus PH.*

7. Deadlines for receiving the entries will be on Jan 15, 2023, at 11:59pm.

8. Winners will be notified through registered email from the raffle registration.

9. Winners’ names will be published in the Official Facebook of Dri Plus PH.

10. A person can only win once in the raffle draw. If the winner is drawn twice, he/she will get the higher value.

11. Winner of Motorcycle can claim his/her prize at selected partner Honda dealership of Burlington.

12. Winners must present 2 valid IDs (e.g. driver’s license, passport, SSS ID) and confirmation email of the raffle entry to claim the prizes.

13. Redemption Period of prizes shall be within 60 days from receipt of notification. Prizes not claimed shall be forfeited with prior approval from DTI.

14. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.

15. Prizes are tax free (20% tax exceeding Php 10,000.00 shall be shouldered by Burlington Industries Philippines Inc.) but winners shall shoulder other incidental expenses e.g. registration, insurance etc.

16. Item Prizes will be delivered to the winners registered address. Shipping fee will be shouldered by Burlington.

17. Website Cash Voucher Prizes shall be emailed to the winners.

18. Burlington reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate this program with the approval of DTI.

19. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other existing website promotions.
