Product Innovation is a testament to our dedication to sustainability and forward-thinking design. By introducing new products that are both high-quality and environmentally friendly, we are pushing the boundaries of what's possible in our industry. These products are developed with the latest technologies and sustainable materials, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers while minimizing environmental impact. This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to innovation and responsible production.

The  Bear.lington stuffed toy is a collaborative effort between Burlington and Reztyle Fashion Enterprise, the latter advocating for the recycling of used clothes and fabric cuttings, with support from Adleigh CGT, which employs a group of skilled sewers from various communities for the toy's production.

Bear.lington is crafted from over 99% of socks that were damaged during the knitting stage. Different types of socks are creatively combined to form unique designs, while the filling is made from shredded parts of the socks that would otherwise go to waste.

The development of Bear.lington followed a series of collaborative meetings among the partners, leading to the creation of several stuffed toys (with the bear design still in progress). This initiative goes beyond simply producing a toy; it aims to highlight the company’s commitment to demonstrating that scrap materials can be transformed into valuable new products, thereby embodying the true essence of sustainability.

The Bear.lington stuffed toy represents Burlington's sustainable initiative, ensuring that 100% of potential scrap items are repurposed into innovative and environmentally friendly products.
