1. How do I pay for my order?

You may choose from two of our secure payment options: PesoPay or Paypal.

Both payment gateways accept the following credit cards:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • JCB
  • BDO

Currently, payment can only be made via Philippine peso when paying through our providers. It is possible to see the prices of our products in US dollars by selecting your currency but this is only intended to more easily gauge a price in US dollars. These prices will be converted to Philippine peso once you checkout. Rest assured that conversion rates will depend on the daily exchange rate. The converted cost of your cart will be shown to you (accompanied by the exchange rate) at the checkout page before entering any of your payment details.

Through PesoPay and Paypal, there is no need to worry about payments. Both providers securely store your credit card information utilizing industry standard practices. With Paypal, you will be asked to create an account and your credit card information need only be entered once. For security purposes, we will not be accepting cash or CODs. We also advise you not to send us your credit card information in any email communication.


2. How are US Dollar prices calculated and converted?

US Dollar prices are computed automatically when you select the US Dollar as your currency. An internal exchange rate is used by our website to determine the correct price. The exchange rate is refreshed daily and should be used only as a loose measurement to determine the price of an item in US Dollars. You will still be asked to checkout and pay with our providers using the Philippines Peso.

Do note however that your bank, credit card provider or third party financial service provider may charge you a different rate when converting the Philippine peso to your local currency.


3. How do you handle shipping and how much will it cost?

Shipping will be handled by the following providers:

Xend - within Metro Manila

LBC - outside Metro Manila

FedEx - outside the Philippines


Rates will depend on the location and the size of the package. An accurate calculation of the shipment costs to be incurred by your order will be calculated upon checkout. For more information on the Order Process, see the Terms and Conditions page.

We offer FREE SHIPPING to anywhere in the Philippines with a minimum order of ₱800.00.


4. Is there a minimum order?

We do not have a minimum order. Rates will also apply accordingly.


5. How do I return or exchange an item?

6. What is BioFresh technology?

The Biofresh Anti-Microbial Technology is a unique and safe antimicrobial technology which is proven effective against microorganisms. It eliminates 99.9% bacteria and other odor-causing microbes, therefore preventing bad odor caused by variants of microorganisms and fungi. It is hypoallergenic, making it very safe for use.

Unlike conventional leaching types of antimicrobials, which leave the textile and chemically enter or react with the micro-organism, what sets Biofresh apart is that the solution is absorbed by the textile, therefore, still killing micro-organisms while not harming the skin.  The solution has been tested to stay effective for more than 50 washings, which is more or less one (1) year of usage. 7. What is DRI+ Plus Technology?

The DRI+ Plus technology is a moisture wicking solution that aids in air circulation as well as in the warmth and moisture transportation of the body. To wick moisture implies that moisture is passed away from the source, leaving the wearer with a drier, fresher feeling.
